I want to mute site but at the same time want to keep feeds fetched by newsblur during unmute period. When I mute the site, it become invisible & not able to read the feeds fetched when feed was in unmute state.

You can use the ‘g’ keyboard shortcut and then you can read muted sites. They will only continue to fetch if another user is subscribed to it, though. Muting a feed is essentially unsubscribing to it (for the purposes of fetching, you’re still subscribed, just not counted anymore).
