I subscribed on Friday as a replacement for Feedly and it’s just not working out. How do I go about cancelling and getting a refund?

Just reply to your payment receipt. But I’d love to know why NewsBlur isn’t working out as a replacement?
I really like the iOS app and the fact that you’re so easily accessible for customers, but the deal breaker for me was the web interface. I usually have a window with my RSS feeds open all day while I’m at work and even in the brief time I was using it, it felt like I was fighting it just to try and get it to a place that it might work for me.
