This is not a question related to Newsblur specifically, but it might be of interest to Newsblur users, it being an RSS reader.
As everybody probably knows that it’s no longer possible to follow Twitter through RSS. Currently, the Twitter RSS endpoints can be accessed only over oauth and this requires special support within all applications that want to access this functionality.
Until recently it was possible to use the twitter-rss.com website, but it’s dead now (it redirects to google.com). So I’m asking the Newsblur community if anybody knows of a way to follow Twitter RSS?
Maybe Newsblur can implement something to link to Twitter accounts and follow them? Just sayin’, I’m not sure about how this stuff works.
