how select and see selected articles?

I’d like to know how to sign post or articles and then see or find all signed post or articles.
usually I select interesting articles in the morning and I read it in the evening.
How can I select articles and then see only articles selected?

I use the ‘save’ functionality and the Saved Stories group to do this.
