how do you export from google reader

want to transfer my Google reader blogs to newsblur–Not very computer savvy ,have no idea how to do it.
Maybe someone could explain how to transfer from Google reader to Newsblur–have no idea how to create a OPML file etc.

https://www.google.com/takeout/ generally will let you export google service data.

But NewsBlur offer an option to sign in with Google, and it’ll import your Reader content directly. With the gear icon in the lower left or upper right corner (of the Dashboard), choose “Import or Upload Sites”.
