How do I get the list back?

Hi there! I messed around with my settings. I no longer have the list at the top of my screen that shows the feed I’m viewing and the next feeds. How do I get it back? Ugh. I’m 33 and I feel like a baby boomer!

You probably resized it. Do you see a bar you can drag?
