Can anyone help me with that. It seems a backend problem between Apple subscription and your platform. My user is jpcastro my subscription ends on 15/02/2021
Hi Juan, I’ve upgraded your account so you should now be fine. It looks like your iOS subscription went through just fine in 2018 and 2019 but now there’s some backend issue where NewsBlur didn’t get the iOS notification. I’ve looked into this a few times and can’t figure out why it’s happening, since it’s so intermittent. Anyway, you should now be all set. Thanks for subscribing!
