Have the feed title and Mark all as read as a sticky. I have collected sites by topic folders and it is Frustrating to scroll through a long list and then scroll all the way back to the top to mark all as read.

I agree completely, having that whole bar stay in place would be great as well. Being able to change the filter options would be helpful staying in place as you scroll through.
