My feeds don’t always update with the new items. Yet, when I select insta-fetch, they populate. Is there a way to force Newsblur to update all of my feeds at once instead of having to run insta-fetch on each feed? It’s terribly tedious to do it this way.

Try right clicking and opening Statistics for the feed. That should tell you everything you need to know.
