The settings button in the iOS app should probably point here (GetSatisfaction) for feedback. It doesn’t need to be a direct link or anything, but simply putting a Feedback item in the settings menu that then tells the user to come here with questions, suggestions, praise, etc. might help stave off some of the feature-requests-via-App-Store-reviews.
