Two questions from a new user: First, by default, feed folders are organized in ascending alpha sequence. How to I put the folders in a different order? Second, there is no indication or apparent control of the feed refresh interval. How frequently do the feeds refresh?

The only way to reorder folders is to prefix them with the order you want. 1, 2, 3, etc.
To see how often feeds refresh, either click the “All / Newest” button in the top right of the story titles pane, or right-click the feed title and go to Statistics.
