Feature Request: Add tag plus sign at each end of the list

Keep up the good work!

I want not to duplicate tags. Sometimes I need to scroll the entire list to verify that a tag is _not_ in the list. At that point – at the bottom of the list, not only at the top of the list – I want the plus sign so I can add a tag without having to scroll all the way up again.

iOS mostly today, with a strong desire for continued Android improvement.

David had a great idea, that is to just make the [+] box the section header so that it’s sticky at the top (sort of like a folder in the feed list).
