Is there any way to edit (or at least view) the training rules I’m using? After realizing that they hide stories completely, I’d like to review the rules I’ve created to make sure I didn’t make them overly broad.

I found a way to view hidden stories. In the split view, there is a button to show hidden stories (located next to the filter options). You can click on it to display the hidden stories.
If you find that the training rules are too broad and are hiding stories you want to read, you can click on the story and then the train this story button. It will display the rules, including what you have previously selected, in the pop up box so you can fine tune it.
