I have a problem with duplicate items in a feed (http://www.iracing.com/inracingnews/feed). They combine both original and third party contents (easily distinguishable by the dc:creator tag in the rss file) and only the third party ones get duplicated (sometimes a lot).
It’s probably not really important with only 3 subscribers in the service, and it’s not too bad as I learned to live with it back in the google reader days, but it still would be nice to have this fixed. I know it’s probably the feed author’s fault
