Hi, my use name is pollycharlie. I tried to pay for a year of service via PayPal. After my first payment, your site still showed me as a standard user. I thought the payment didn’t go through, so I tried again. Now I realized I am charged $24 twice by PayPal. I am not sure what happened, but can you please issue a refund for one of the payments?
