Double-charged during account creation

Hi there,

It appears that I was double-charged when I created my NewsBlur account. I see two $24 charges both on my credit card activity and also in my NewsBlur billing history. Is it possible to get one of these charges reversed please? My username is “sn0wshrew”.

I also appear to have been double charged when renewing my account (see attached image). Please let me know what additional information you need to refund one of these charges.
