On the dev site, it would be handy if the title bar on the story list did not scroll up with the story lines. That way one could get the “Mark all as read” button without having to scroll back.

Yep, that’s also on my wishlist. A mark all as read button should be visible on screen at all times. Your idea works, or just put it in the top right of the window by the view changer.
Yes, please! I was just about to make the same suggestion.
Until you see this feature, using Shift + A will mark all as read. There are a few other keyboard shortcuts for Newsblur if you know where to look.
