Doesn't update website, in setting I can see attempts to update, response "Not modified"

I noticed NewsBlur have problem updating one of my websites (WallStreetOasis.com). In settings I can see attempts to update, but result is that system thinks that feed was not modified.
RSS URL is this: http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/node/feed
When I use insta-fetch feature, everything works ok.
The problem appeared about a week ago, before that everything was fine.
