I would like to be able to tell Newsblur on iOS not to download images when on cellular only. Because the images can take up a lot of data, I would like to see text only when on cellular.

you can do that through iOS settings.
Settings>Cellular and turn the switch to off for NewsBlur.
Not as granular as I want. I want to be able to use Newsblur over cellular, but minimize the cellular usage by blocking only images.
