# Could tagging be implemented on sites that don't publish tags in RSS?

Bear with me 🙂  
I saw this on feeds from [kottke.org](http://kottke.org), where there aren’t tags in “Intelligence trainer” but they are published in story. I suppose this could be only implemented as exception for that feed, if that is even possible.
