Can't subscribe to subreddits

My subreddits’ RSS feed is long. It seems that NewsBlur can’t handle it and simplified it to reddit.com/r/atom.xml which is the feed of the subreddit of Atom text editor.

Can you give me the URL so I can find if it’s being incorrectly de-duplicated.

If the subreddit is using the new design, I believe they’ve removed the link headers, and/or everything collapses to the atom subreddit feed.

I’ve taken to manually adding .rss to the base URL for the sub (eg: http://reddit.com/r/yourfavoritesub/.rss) when adding to newsblur.
