Can't fetch rss from feed with dual IPv4/6 address

Hello!
I try to fetch RSS from http://artgorbunov.ru/bb/soviet/rss/ but always fails with timeout.

This domain resolves as:

artgorbunov.ru has address 90.156.201.47   
artgorbunov.ru has address 90.156.201.64   
artgorbunov.ru has address 90.156.201.50   
artgorbunov.ru has address 90.156.201.52   
artgorbunov.ru has IPv6 address 2a00:15f8:a000:5:1:14:0:decc   
artgorbunov.ru has IPv6 address 2a00:15f8:a000:5:1:11:0:decc   
artgorbunov.ru has IPv6 address 2a00:15f8:a000:5:1:13:0:decc   
artgorbunov.ru has IPv6 address 2a00:15f8:a000:5:1:12:0:decc

I think there are problem with fallback to IPv4

It has nothing to do with being IPv6. It’s that the feed is *huge*. NewsBlur times out after 20 seconds of trying to fetch and parse the feed. This one took nearly that long in my browser.

Let the publisher know to only include about 20 stories in the feed.
