Can't Access Free Account - Trapped at Pay Screen

I signed up for a free account (and waited for the queue to finish) but never got an email (checked spam etc.). I’m trapped at the pay screen without a way to access my free account.

Any way I can get around it? I’d like to test it out with my own feeds before I sign up for a Premium account.

If you logout and login again it should let you into the free account.

I’ve logged in / out several times with no luck, cleared cache / tried a different browser, even a different laptop.
