Cannot Delete Feeds

I keep trying to delete/unfollow a blog but it keeps coming back!

What browser/platform are you on? What’s your username and the newsblur.com site url for the blog?

I use both chrome & firefox and have the same problem in both.
Username: LIFEOFVICKI / lifeofvicki.newsblur.com
