Cancel Account Renewal

Hello there,

I would like to cancel my account renewal (Account jbattermann) and had already cancelled the recurring payment of yours in my paypal account, but in my newsblur preferences I cannot cancel it, too because it says:

Thank you! You have a premium account.
Your premium account will expire on:
» Sunday, March 15, 2015
Renew and change your payment amount
Cancel subscription renewal

>> Could not cancel your membership. Contact support.

… soo that’s what I am trying to do here :slight_smile: Could you please perform the renewal cancellation for me?

The error is because it’s already cancelled. I really ought to get around to fixing that error message. Your auto-renewal is cancelled just fine.

Yes, I would like to cancel my account. It auto renewed and I don’t need it.

I also wish to cancel my account, I was not aware of auto-renewal and you also seemed to have charged an expired Visa card. Please refund and cancel.

Same here. Cancelled on Paypal and on Newsblur and would like a refund.
