Today Microsoft announced availability of Windows Bridge tools to port iOS apps to Windows 10 - available at https://github.com/Microsoft/WinObjC/. Please consider possibility using it to bring the app to Universal Windows Platform.

Not so easy. It does not yet support the entire AppKit. For instance, Auto Layout, which NewsBlur iOS app uses through-out, is not yet supported.
But when this comes in, I’ll gladly take a look! I already use Windows 10 for my CAD/CAM work and I’ve been using Windows regularly for the past year.
