I have emailed a billing question/issue to both the email address on my Newsblur PayPal receipt (@ofbrooklyn.com) and your newsblur email address. Just wondering if you got it yet? Or if there’s a better PoC email I should use?

I was out of town this past weekend so I’m a bit behind on email, but I searched for your name and only found the paypal receipt. You can email me or post here, happy to fix things!

In short, last week I upgraded to Premium Archive. PayPal receipt attached to the email I just sent.
All seemed to be good, until (Monday, 4/20), I was charged $36. Receipt attached to the email, and now (Just checked again, just now) NewsBlur thinks I am just a Premium user and is forcing me to trim my feeds.
What’s the best way to resolve all this?
