Another spam reply account

Some account called “Careerleaders" is leaving spam comment replies.

Can we flag an account as spam and just block them?

Thanks, I got rid of them. It’s rare enough that I handled them manually for now. Although we do have an automated system, it didn’t catch this one for whatever reason.
