This all I am experiencing recently, even w/a reinstall. It is constantly flickering waiting to update and then crash.

We had a report from another user that had random crashes on Android. Try this:
> go to the Play Store and see if they can update their “Android System WebView” app, or, if it is up to date, uninstall any updates and re-install it.

Have the crashes been submitted/reported when they happen? The only crashes we have on record for the SM-N910V are all system errors, unfortunately. That would be more indicative of a device hardware problem or a system component that isn’t getting enough memory. Does it still happen if you power off for a time, then reinstall?
