I have the Android app installed…but now Google Play is saying my device is not supported, so I won’t get any updates.
Running Samsung Captivate Glide, Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread).

Yep. Support for older devices was finally retired this month. The older version should remain available, though, until you upgrade.
I’m in the same boat, and I had to a factory reset/re-root/reinstallation recently. Play store isn’t letting me download the app…is the latest pre-3.0 apk available somewhere?
