I read hacker news, and on multiple occasions the app will first open the wrong article and then when I the correct one force close.

You’re running the latest 4.0.2, right? If this happens on the latest, please use the feedback action in the app so we can get your OS and other versions. Also, if it’s crashing then we have the crash report and will fix it soon.
I’ve sent a few crash reports in. And yes this is with the newest version.
Great, crash reports help us get this fixed. I’m hoping to release something in the next week, as I know issues have been plaguing some users for a couple weeks now.
