"All Site Stories" folder header should have total unread count

(Actually, title doesn’t say it all … here’s some clarification:)

If you’ve got a bunch of folders and sites - and they’re expanded so that the full list of sites doesn’t show at the left without scrolling - then you don’t know if you’ve got unread stories until you scroll down. That’s why “All Site Stories” should have the total unread count.
