Add custom rss feed?

I want to add a custom rss feed, for example:  http://therealnews.com/rss/therealnews.rss

I subscribed thinking this was premium feature since I couldn’t find it. I know I’m blind but how do I add a custom rss feed? I only see the import option. I do not see anywhere where I can add a site.

nvm I didnt see the bar at the bottom. Like I said, I’m blind.
