Accounts and email support

Do you folks answer email questions on an account billing issue at all? I have sent multiple emails and zilch, mute, nada. You got my money and now I don’t even get the courtesy of a reply. #lame.


I reply to every single email within a few days, although I was on vacation for the July 4th holiday. I didn’t set an auto-responder, although I should have, since I was replying to a few emails here and there. You should now be all set, as I just cleaned out my inbox.
