Account not premium.

I paid by Card, got a email saying “Thank you, thank you, thank you!
A huge thanks for going premium.”

My account still as not been upgraded, how long does it take to upgrade accounts?

I see a green strip that says" NewsBlur employees are here to help" well where the fuck are they? 'Cos they are NOT here! You what us to vote for you on twitter? why? You can’t even short out your premium customers!!!

Still not been upgraded?

It worked without issues for me yesterday, twice. I guess sometimes it gets lost in the load.

I’m sure Samuel will sort it out when online. Yes, it says “NewsBlur employees are here to help.”, but it’s really just one guy. Ultimately, it will all get fixed in time.
