Account downgraded

My account was downgraded to free, even if the annual payment was done on the 24th of aug.
can you have a look at this?

And if it’s the snor account, NewsBlur hasn’t seen any payments. Mind replying to the payment receipt? That’ll go to me and I can figure out why they aren’t connected.
