24h clock for timestamps instead of AM/PM.

Hey! Some of us in the States would prefer 24-hour time too!

I would prefer ISO 8601 format (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601), e.g. 2013-03-30 13:49 (without timezone indication but shown according to my timezone taken from the preferences).

In most of europe, we actually write the date:
dd-mm-yyyy. so please make the 24h format:
15-07-2013 13:50

Good news! This is now shipped. I added a preference for the 24 hour clock to the very first line in the preferences dialog.

Like all features, if I don’t prioritize it myself, I rely on your voices to get them built. And I’m not always available to work on features like this, so I recommend just re-posting on the important ideas, preferably when there aren’t a bunch of other people also re-posting on other ideas.
